Jay Prettyman, Owner
Jay has been in the residential remodeling industry since the time he learned how to tie his shoes. Starting by sweeping up jobsites for his family's construction business, he's learned how to build a home from the foundation up. Knowing that his passion was remodeling homes, he earned a Construction Engineering degree from Iowa State University. Jay lives with his wife Brittany and daughter Grace in Prior Lake.

We take the time to listen to our customers ideas while at the same time identifying their needs. We also strive on making the entire construction process enjoyable and fun, from the early stages of designing your plan to the end result of completing your project. We work hard on your behalf by getting to know you and understanding your family’s lifestyle needs.
